Located in a Historic Roswell 19th century Building, Roux's interior - exposed brick walls, patio dining and the personal touches provided by Chef Taylor Neary and owner Zack Bramblett, exemplifies casual elegance. The real draw at Roux on Canton is the Fresh Seafood, highlighted by specialties such as oysters canton, shrimp & grits and raw oysters.

 Roux is a family owned and operated business. The owner Zack, and friend Chef Taylor went to the same high school and have been planning to bring Fresh Seafood to Roswell for some time. They both shared in designing the interior and the menu and are anxious to serve you.
