Aspens Signature Steaks and Theo's Brother's Bakery, invite you to
join them at their latest eatery, Pure Taqueria. Sample chef Eddie
Garcia-Guzman’s genuine Mexican tacos stuffed with chicken, fish, pork
or steak. The "hamburgesa sedgwick" features grilled Angus beef topped
with avocado, pickled jalapenos, poblano, braised onions, queso
chihuahua and bacon. There are many unusual flavor treats to enjoy
such as oysters on the half shell served with lime-cilantro jalapeno
"hogwash" to gorditas de puerco filled with shredded pork, red chile,
