Georgia Rush Soccer Programs
Youth Developmental (Ages
4-14)
Georgia Rush has an
outstanding Developmental program. We use the term
“Developmental" synonymously with what many programs call
"recreational.” The Rush Developmental program provides
an opportunity for kids to play soccer in the age groups U-5
through U-15. Focus is on providing each child with a
well-rounded soccer experience.
Pre-Academy (Ages 7-8)
The Rush Pre-Academy program is
a unique program for players who are ready to take the next step
in developing soccer skills, to prepare them for Select Academy
Soccer. Both professional trainers and parent coaches work with
the players implementing the “player intelligence” training
curriculum especially designed for this program.
Academy (Ages 8-11)
The hard work demonstrated by
players and coaches of our Developmental Program and Pre-Academy
Programs culminates into our Academy Program. Academy is for
player’s ages 8-11. Professional Coaches work in tandem with
chosen parent assistants to group players into appropriate skill
levels. Practices are twice a week and focus on advancing
technical skills. These players generally have the desire and
the raw talent to play, but need further development and
refinement of their skills. This program is a great transition
step, for players and parents, from Pre-Academy to Select level
of play.
Select (Ages 12-18)
The hard work demonstrated by
players and coaches of our Academy Program allows our players to
enter Select Soccer with tools and skills to become champions.
At this level, our experienced coaches continue to teach
first-class soccer skills, stress physical fitness, and nurture
a positive attitude for success - both on and off the field. Our
ultimate goal is to create complete
players.
